1.下載tor跟privoxy

privoxy

2.安裝tor及privoxy
3.修改privoxy中main configuration
在檔案最前面加上一行 『forward-socks4a / localhost:9050 .』
啟動privoxy
4.啟動tor，運作正常會顯示
『[notice] Tor has successfully opened a circuit. Looks like it's working.』
不要關閉tor視窗，將其保持最小化
5.打開防火牆內TCP port 8118、9100、9050
6.將瀏覽器中的proxy設定開啟，並設定localhost，port 8118
7.當遭遇被阻擋的網站才需開啟此proxy，因為透過tor連線，速度會降低
8.除官方網站外，可以參考http://www.gaogaob.com/ （日文網頁）說明
tor稍做設定，甚至可以讓被封鎖的ftp、MSN、yahoo、skype、P2P都可以使用
